The Best Yielding Dividend Stocks At New 52-Week Highs

High Dividend Yield Stocks Close To New Highs By Dividend Yield – Stock, Capital, Investment. Here is a current sheet of stocks with a dividend yield of more than 3 percent that have marked a new 52-Week High within the recent days. Despite the turmoil’s at the markets, there are 87 companies at one-year highs and some of them pay very good dividends. I screened the best performing stocks and analyzed all with a yield over three percent. Eleven companies fulfilled these criteria of which nine have a buy or better recommendation. The best yielding stock is Hatteras Financial (HTS) with a yield over 12 percent.

Because of these figures, the EBITDA margin is 13.29 percent (operating margin 11.49 percent and the net profit margin finally 7.63 percent).


Financial Analysis:
The total debt representing 17.81 percent of the company’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 56.29 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 20.82 percent was realized. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $5.29. Last fiscal year, the company paid $1.72 in form of dividends to shareholders.

Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 9.96, P/S ratio 0.70 and P/B ratio 2.13. Dividend Yield: 3.88 percent. The beta ratio is 0.69.

The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $2,722.00 million. Because of these figures, the EBITDA margin is 27.12 percent (operating margin 17.38 percent and the net profit margin finally 13.50 percent).

The total debt representing 32.57 percent of the company’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 110.19 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 14.39 percent was realized. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $5.62.
