16 Income Growth Stocks With A PEG Below One

With the stock market in nearly nonstop rally mode over the past six years, investors haven't needed to look far to uncover an abundance of growth stocks.

But not all growth stocks are created equal: While some could still deliver extraordinary gains, others appear considerably overvalued, and might instead burden investors with hefty losses.

What exactly is a growth stock? Though it's arbitrary, I'll define a growth stock as any company forecast to grow profits by 10% or more annually during the next five years. To decide what's "cheap," I'll use the PEG ratio, which compares a company's price-to-earnings ratio to its future growth rate.

Any figure around or below one could signal a cheap stock. Attached you can find a list of dividend growth stocks with a history of consecutive dividend hikes of more than 5 years and a PEG ratio below one.

Each stock from the list is a Midcap with a market cap over 2 billion. I've tried to exclude all lower capitalized stocks out of the screen in order to keep the big risks away.

In total, there are 16 companies from my high quality dividend stock screen that fulfilled my criteria.

Here is the list of stocks with a PEG ratio below one....

The Best Dividend Ideas From The Buyback Achievers Index

There are a number of ways in which a company can return wealth to its shareholders.

Although stock price appreciation and dividends are the two most common ways of doing this, there are other useful, and often overlooked, ways for companies to share their wealth with investors: Dividends and share buybacks.

Buybacks is one way to build values for investors. It's a kind of income usage. Buying back own shares increases future eps when the net income is constant.

Today I would like to introduce a number of stocks with interesting fundamentals and price ratios that have bought own shares in a significant amount back.

Each of the attached stocks have fulfilled all of the following criteria:

- Share reduction over the past year over 5%
- Forward P/E under 15
- Debt-to-equity under 1
- Positive ROA
- EPS growth for the next five years over 5%
- Dividend yield at least 2%

Here are the results...

13 Stocks With Dividend Growth In The Past Week

13 companies raised their dividends during the recent week. Dividend is so important for investors who like to grow their investments.

Below is a full list of all stocks that have raised their dividend payments within the past week. Five of the firms have a current yield of more than 3 percent.

Kroger, DTE Energy, Matson, Disney and Worthington Industries were the biggest stocks, all with a market capitalization above the one billion Mark.

Disney is for me the most impressive stocks. It has grown more to a merchandise company and licensing business than to an entertainment company, which is in general good.

I've missed the chance to buy the stock. I still believe that the current prices are too high but they truly reflect the strong growth which did not disappoint. Maybe I get some shares within the next market correction.

These are the latest dividend growers, sorted by yield....

Ex-Dividend Stocks: Best Dividend Paying Shares On September 11, 2013

The best yielding and biggest ex-dividend stocks researched by ”long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Investors should have a quiet overview of stocks with upcoming ex dividend dates.

The ex dividend date is the final date on which the new stock buyer couldn’t receive the next dividend. If you like to receive the dividend, you need to buy the stock before the ex dividend date. I made a little screen of the best yielding stocks with a higher capitalization that have their ex date on the next trading day.

In total, 258 stocks go ex dividend - of which 80 yield more than 3 percent. The average yield amounts to 5.49%. Here is a full list of all stocks with ex-dividend date within the current week.

Here is the sheet of the best yielding, higher capitalized ex-dividend stocks:
